Returns

ONLINE purchases may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be returned in NEW condition - not worn or washed. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Online purchases may be returned in-store.

To start an online return, email poshquestions@gmail.com with your order number. You will then receive a separate email with a return label. Once we have received your item, you will be issued a refund. 

IN-STORE purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days. No refunds are issued. Accessories, shoes, swim, undergarments, and sale items purchased in-store are a final sale.
